Healing isn't linear, but you don't have to do it alone.

Having a therapist who meets you halfway, truly listens, advocates for you, and supports you to achieve your goals, that's what we believe care should look like. Sometimes it only takes one person who genuinely cares to make all the difference. Let us be that support for you.

We are a Queensland-based occupational therapy service with a passion for mental health and equipment prescription, supporting NDIS participants, and helping people from teenagers navigating tough times to older adults wanting to maintain their independence. We service communities from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, and everywhere in between, including Ipswich, Logan, and the western suburbs.

Meet the team

Spoiler, it's just me!

Hiya, I'm Rachel, the person behind Copacetic Care.

CC is currently a team of one, and that's something I'm proud of. That means that every enquiry, every session, every report comes directly from me. When you reach out, you're talking to your therapist from day one. No reception staff, no being passed around, just Rachel, ready to help.

I'm a Queensland-based occupational therapist with a background spanning NDIS, DVA, Medicare, mental health, and even forensic settings. I've worked as a senior OT, a mental health OT, and a team leader, mentoring other OTs and supporting them to grow. My clinical passions sit firmly in mental health and equipment prescription, particularly complex wheelchair scripting.

I treat every client the way I'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed. Not clinical. Not distant. Just real, genuine care, meeting you where you are, without judgment.

Copacetic Care was created for my late father. This business is for him. And for my family, who are everything to me.

Outside of work, I'm a mum, a partner, a tattoo lover, and a heavy metal fan.

I'm not your typical clinical therapist, and honestly, that's kind of the point.
